Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.svelteui.org/core/number-input
  2. Find a number-input
  3. Click the arrow up (or down)

P.s.
If you press the up/down button on your keyboard, the cursor jumps to start/end

Fixed in latest patch 0.15.3
