Hi,
I'm one of the creators and maintainers of GitBook, I'm really glad you're using GitBook for something that is not a programming book.
It'll be really cool if you can publish it on gitbook.io by doing a PR on https://github.com/GitbookIO/gitbook.io/blob/master/featured.json.
