Countdown is off by 1 hour

It's actually off by the GMT offset of the client. I have a good idea of how to fix this unless you want to do it.

I think it is fixed now, by adding " UTC" to the date that is being parsed. Thus the time difference is applied correctly to the system time in UTC.
