Bulkhead fiber interrupted issue

When i try to compose bulkhead into layer, then create Runtime from it and then make a call like bulkhead(effect) i get an error something like fiber interrupted. There is a code how bulkhead create: [...]
i replace .fork.toManaged_ for .forkManaged and it works. Version 0.8.2
