Adopt CS3APIs and add full sharing capabilities

The code for this functionality is going to be developed as part of the CS3MESH project in this repo: https://github.com/sciencemesh/cs3api4lab
We should also allow the parent to be configurable (either the CS3Contents or the default Jupyter Contents)
In SWAN, we should just inherit either one and add the extra functionality for Projects.
