[BUG] Contact and faq link in footer not navigating to desired section

Description
The 'Contact' link in the footer under the 'Quick Links' section is not navigating to the 'Contact' section of the page as expected.Its nativigates to the top of the home page.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to the website footer.
Click on the 'Contact' link under 'Quick Links'.
Observe that the page does not navigate to the 'Contact' section.
Expected Behavior
Clicking the 'Contact' link should scroll smoothly to the 'Contact' section of the page.
