InfluxDB / CouchDB not starting after reboot

Swarmpit gave an DB failure: db error, and now couchdb/influxdb doesn't seem to launch anymore, I can't reach my website anymore.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Restarted the server
- Waited on the docker services to start
What happens:
Doesn't start the CouchDB/InfluxDB containers
What should happen:
It should have started them.
Additional information (e.g. docker version, cluster setup,...):
Docker 20.0.13

Docker logs for the swarmpit:1.9 shows this.

That might indicate many issues, maybe docker overlay network is somehow broken .. it happens from time to time ..
