Definition of peaks at "Enhancer"

Hi! Thank you for generously presenting your excellent codes!

I have a question about your definition of peaks at enhancer region.

After reading your codes in snATAC_TF-networks.Rmd My understanding about this is :

  1. Using cicero to find out co-accessible peak pairs, and choose Peak1 overlapped with promoter region.
  2. And the other pair of this peak1 should be at a potential enhancer region.

Is this correct ?
