BuildServer.bat does not detect visual studio installed in nonstandard location

If visual studio is installed to any location other than the default Program Files directory the BuildServer.bat does not pick it up.

Fixed an issue with how the visual studio path/version is detected. This should resolve issues for developers with visual studio installed to a non-standard location.
