Read me includes Microsoft LICENSE, this should probably change but to what?

I guess MIT or Apache, I'd be in favour of Apache then there's no relicensing to worry about and it matches the original

Yeah but who are the owners of the copyright "SSWG", "Authors of vscode-swift-devcontainer". I would imagine the license would be Apache as vscode-swift is licensed with Apache
