`aarch64` downloads link to `x86_64` downloads

Describe the bug

When trying to download aarch64 toolchain for ubuntu, x86_64 toolchain downloaded instead.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to download page.
  2. Try to download ubuntu aarch64 toolchain.
  3. See the error.

Expected behavior

aarch64 toolchain should be downloaded.

Actual behavior

x86_64 toolchain is now downloaded.
