Visually hide disabled options in GCDWebUploader

Currently you can disable for e.g. the creation of folders with overriding the method: shouldCreateDirectoryAtPath, but the interface will still show the button: "Create Folder".
An error will be shown saying it isn't allowed, it would be nicer if the button wasn't shown in the first place (when disabled).
