GCDWebServer can't work at iOS13.3

the code can work on simulator, but when it comes to real iPhone, it can't work.
both two devices are in the same local network, while the other device reques to the server one , the result is EOF.
my Xcode version is 12.2.

Works just fine for me and on iOS14 is well.
