Mail sending its body as attachment when the e-mail has an attachment

When sending the e-mail with both an html body and an attached file, the e-mail is recieved as plain text and the body is attached to the e-mail as a .htm file.

I'll have to test this. I'm not sure I've sent an attachment w/ an HTML email before.
