terminal-notifier not recognized if installed with gem

I installed terminal-notifier with gem, so it is run from the path:
~/.rvm/gems/ruby-2.0.0-p247/bin/terminal-notifier
But pync don't recognize it.

I get this with Homebrew as well. @setem Anything on fixing this?
