Refactor laravel-frontend-presets/argon

Currently laravel-frontend-presets/argon is just installed and committed. For example public/assets is actually installed from the vendor. Refactor this so that it can be easily installed and should no longer be under version control.
Currently it overwrites all resources/views blade templates.
