I noticed there's already a discussion here, but seems nobody paid attention to it...

Edit: This is the best exactly lightweight image viewer I found so far, I know this is a weird feature request so you can just simply close issue and go head to do other things...

I adjusted the following settings, which did that for me:

ShowFullScreen=false
DefaultWindowRect=sticky
