Thumbnails not showing in Windows 11

Looks like this! I've set JPEGView as my default program. Any clues how to fix? I tried adjusting the Windows "Show thumbnails instead of icons" setting but sadly doesn't fix it.

To add to this, .jpg files work correctly, thumbnails are seen and can be previewed, .png files do not sadly. Same for .raf / .raw files.

Opened the .ini settings, closed it, opened a .jpg and was prompted to select default app, picked jpeg view - now it works! No clue why, but that solved itself.
