Update Chinese (Taiwan) translation

Recently I updated JPEGView from v1.2.45 to v1.3.46, and found that all the wordings are changed. Then I saw the change log and realized that this is due to a simple conversion from Simplified Chinese.
I just want to let the contributors know that Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese can not be converted easily, since the wordings are very different.
So I revised the string file according to the version before conversion. It should also be 100% translated now. Please refer to the attached file:
strings_zh-tw_updated.txt
Hope to see the new release with the correct translation soon.
