New users needs to reset password to login!

I chose " Send a confirmation email" option, a new user is auto logged in after the registration completed, but the user cannot login again with email & password!! until request reset password.

Note: I use
SS 3.6.5
memberprofiles ^2.0

The problem was in an another Member Extension that calls $member->write() in onAfterWrite().
