Ignore `+tag` when email is sent to a "moderated for nonsubscribers" list

Hi,
Expected Behavior
If user@provider.com sends an email to a "moderated for nonsubscribers" list they are subscribed with user+tag@provider.com, their email should be delivered.
Current Behavior
Email is moderated.
Context
Some email providers allow to add any tag in the email address, starting with a + sign. There tags are often used by users to match filters.
