Issue
Ampersand & in Apply dropdown field (publish index pages) is shown as html entity &.

Expected
To see the ampersand directly as &.

I do not get that with the core checkbox field, will try to do more testing. Which field type is "Skupina" ? How is it configured ?

The field type is Association field. And the field from which the select value is taken from that associated section is a standard Text field.

Ah, so maybe it's Association Field extension bug?

If we are not able to reproduce with a core field, I'd say yep.

Even select box link works ok, so it must be something new to Association field. Hence, nothing to do here, sorry (please open a new ticket linking to this one)

Will do. But also want to see, if I can came up with a pull request for that, we had been solving something about ampersands here before.
