Any chance that you'd be open to writing this to support more than one Jitsi Video Bridge?

I'd like to monitor two different Jitsi Video Bridges, and would prefer not to have to run two instances of jitsi-colibri-exporter on different ports.

Thoughts?

I need to have a look at it.
All metrics need to be a vector with different labels for each jitsi instance.
This may require to rewrite the collector.
