Auto height of right sidebars.

Now right sidebars have foxed height.
But for localization versions, the text differ a littele, so the height must be tuned more or less.

The top right sidebar has a big height.
The second right sidebar has small height.

I can't see the too small height, even in the Russian version, but many of the boxes are too big. So I'm reopening this.

Ah, I see this was fixed by #44. Why are some of them still too big then?
