textgrid exports may have duplicated empty segments

It looks like the output generated on tcof has empty segments, which cause praat to crash.

This bug has been introduced in commit cec1e70, which was committed to solve another praat problems: when segments are not continuously connected, moving the border of such a segment with the mouse fails in praat.
So it'd probably be better for now to revert to the previous commit, and propose another better bugfix
for this moving border issue.
