Dialog / Popup not centering by default and not respecting the position property

@syncfusion/ej2-angular-popups version 21.1.37 is not centering a dialog by default. And also providing the position property is ignored.

I've noticed top:0 and left:0 is being set, if i remove it while inspecting its going to center.
