MacOS spams me with "Background Items Added"

Include required information
The message that "**Background Item Added** "syncthing" is an item that can run in the background, You can manage this in Login Item Settings" pops up every 10 seconds, soI can't see anything on the right side of my screen, as it is covered by this messages. See screenshot.
Have this problem since updating to MacOS 13.2.1 (22D68)
Syncthing version is: syncthing v1.23.0 "Fermium Flea" (go1.19.4 darwin-amd64) brew@Ventura 2023-01-02 03:45:30 UTC [noupgrade]
