expanded to all link usage, with an additional export on anon link usage. also flags the same sus file list as osp file access func.
god im tired.
mostly done, just needs some more testing.

i realize now peeling the anon link stuff out is probably stupid. either throw the actual log appending for anon back into the original foreach, or make it so that once the doanon flag is flipped, it wont check a link again.

actually trying to do the additional audit logging within the sharing link loop isnt working and i dont care enough to fix it. good enough for now.
