Switch to uuids for outputs & dmx fixtures

Rather than changing the keys of the outputs object when renaming objects (which incurs a cost of tearing down and creating new outputs, as it's detected as a deletion + addition), we should introduce more stable keys (e.g. uuids) that can be used to reference outputs instead. and then use this for id-ing all other elements that need to be referenced going forward.
