Arecord error when try execute the script

I try to run script on brand new os installation (pi 4) with anker s330 but get always same error
arecord: main:831: audio open error: No such file or directory

have no trouble to play sound for example with this command: aplay /usr/share/sounds/alsa/Front_Cen er.wav

Any idea how can i solve it?

Solved by adding --mic-device plughw:CARD=S330,DEV=0 --snd-device plughw:CARD=S330
