Add tutorial walkthrough for a representative module

I think a good use of the tutorial functionality we added would be to walk through a representative module, like @dehall has done in some of his Synthea ppt decks. You can step through a path through a whole module, explaining what happens at each step along the way. The tutorial would be 'hard-coded' to a single module, as having the tutorial be dynamic would be a fair amount of work (though certainly possible).

So this would be helping people understand how synthea modules work, not so much how to use the module builder interface. But I think that's where most of the friction is right now anyhow.
