request to add Exercise Vital Sign to Observation generated datasets

Requested Feature

I would like to be able to view the Exercise Vital Sign (EVS) of a patient in the Observation.ndjson file Synthea generates. This is LOINC code 82290-8

Exercise Vital Sign (EVS) is the patient reported average amount of moderate to vigorous physical activity in minutes/week (LOINC code 82290-8)

This calculated minutes/week measure is used to determine whether a patient has adequate physical activity or not compared with national guidelines.
