Is there any way to speed up preview's latency time?

Forgive my poor English.
I found there is about 3 seconds' latency between emacs and the preview on my iMac@i5 2.8G and 8G ram. So Is there any way to speed up preview's latency time?

Sorry no way. It is difficult to implement fast realtime rendering on Emacs.
