[feature] emotes and stickerpacks

support emotes and stickerpacks as per matrix-org/matrix-spec-proposals#2545 ?
it's pretty well supported by clients and adding it would put your client among them ^-^
plus the older sticker implementation is pretty janky and doesn't work too well, so this is a nice alternative !
