[Feature Request] Android Conversations Support

Hello! I am requesting Syphon add support for the Android 11+ conversations API. This API integrates custom notifications, and chat head bubbles. Having this API would help greatly with the upcoming v0.4.0 update, as it would allow users to set custom notifications for text messages and/or specific people. Chat head bubbles would also be nice.
