What is the problem you are trying to solve with this feature?
Give info to new users, for example when setting your family up on it.
What is the solution you are proposing?
A page users are directed to on account creation that could contain links to the wiki, an option to add default locations and labels, instructions on how you can disable signups (maybe only if your the first user).
What alternatives have you considered?
