Long loading time on Pi

We should implement some way of checking if OTA was updated recently and check for dependencies only when first opening after update is performed.

For now we are leaving it as is. Can be opened with:
'python3 update.py' if needed.

Leaving it for now here, maybe users will complain. Than will be improved.
