Adjust danger level of Y-junction tiles #151 and #152

Currently the three-lanes side "a" of tiles #151 and #152 is considered to have low danger level (Yellow). This is according to the FAQ/Errata PDF document made available by the publisher in June 2020.

During the Rallyman DIRT campaign an Errata pack with replacement tiles was produced and recently shipped to backers. The tiles in this pack are printed with a medium (Orange) danger level on side "a" of #151 and #152. The two-lanes side "b" remains at high (Red) danger level.

It would be good to adjust the danger level of the Y-junction tiles according to the reprinted tiles from the Errata pack. Also it would be nice if the tile images could be updated, too.
