Mostly deployed to integ08, just need mautrix/googlechat#2 dealt with upstream. mautrix/googlechat#1 and mautrix/googlechat#3 would also be nice.

Will need to set up service for autostart - currently requires manual intervention.

in addition, mautrix/googlechat#4 and mautrix/googlechat#5 need to be dealt with. mautrix/googlechat#2 is not critical.
