Missing Fallbacks / Redundant Rules

Hi there,

When compressed, grunt-csso seems to remove my fallback rules, which breaks my styles on a few supported browsers.

Is there something one can do to keep the fallbacks? Does this have anything to do with the bug described on autoprefixer?
