Metainformation summary is wrong

Right now the bitslix reporter says something like:

Bitslix fought 75 battles, with an average efficiency of 8,269.3%. 0.00 million ISK have been destroyed.

I think the responsible part is just commented out here: https://github.com/ta2edchimp/BattleReporter/blob/master/views/index.php therefore efficiencies are just added up and isk stays 0.
