Can't open file:// URLs on Firefox

Firefox thinks an extension needs to explicitly request file access to even open file URLs: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1266960

As a workaround, you can right-click and choose "Open in new tab", though they'll load weirdly and you have to hit "enter" in the address bar to reload them.
