beta.tabix.io for http and https use different versions.

Because https version of tabix doesn't allow you connect to http version of ClickHouse, i tried to use http version and it looks like that it lead to a wrong version.
https://beta.tabix.io/ -- new version (22.05.11)
http://beta.tabix.io/ -- old version (17.11.2)
