Panel management (New feature)

Hello. I know that Tablacus Explorer has a significant number of Panel options (1,2,3,4,6,8,9, etc). With this new function that I suggest, each panel would have a button with a menu, to close the panel or open another one to the right, left, down or up. It would be a more appropriate way to manage them, so as not to lose the tabs already open in the current panels.
The following image shows the "Panel Management" button and its menu.

This idea arose because I had a "Layout" of 3 panels (A,B,C) open and I wanted to close one of them (B) that I was no longer going to use. If I chose the Tablacus Explorer double panel button, one of them (C) was closed, but not the one I wanted to close. For that reason I thought it would be good for each panel to have a management button.
