Got WSH error when trying to open control panel

Hi,
with TE 24.2.13 and Windows 11 23H2 (22631.3155) got this WSH error when i try to open control panel in TE in input bar:
It was not broken in previous versions of TE but i'm not sure if it is TE or latest Windows update (Microsoft has started to deprecate VBS).
