[FEATURE] handle constants in add-to-ng functions

Is your feature request related to a problem?

There is a constant (link to array) uses in some projects as value for a descriptor property
for example
providers: APP_PROVIDERS

The addProviderToNgModule function ignores this case

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if we could work with this constants

I think function should modify original array (APP_PROVIDERS) or wrap original value with array and add new item ([APP_PROVIDERS, newItem])
