Update to Tailscale 1.52.0 disconnects when VS Code plugin is enabled (Windows)

Updated to latest Tailscale version 1.52.0 and the connection to Tailscale keeps cycling between connected and disconnected while Tailscale VS Code plugin is enabled. Eventually, it settles in a disconnected state with error:

Disabling the plugin allows Tailscale to reconnect and remain connected.

Fixed with version 0.8.0 - released at the same time as I submitted this
