Where can i find 'mean KID, mean FID'?

In main.py code, i find mean KID and FID.
I want to cite this, but i cannot find any related paper.
Also, i wonder why source alpha is much larger than target alpha.
Are they your own idea? Or can i know any related paper on archive?
If you explain to me, i will be really grateful.
