Highlighting with `V` going down causes DrRacket to jitter

I notice that when I am highlighting lines with V, and pressing down, DrRacket will sometimes jump up to the start of my highlight box, rather then stay down at the bottom. This can make it difficult to tell how much further I need to go.

(To clarify, this only happens when the text I am copying is so large it can't fit on the screen.)
