promote the file manager integration during the installation

I spent some minutes on hand crafting the integration to find the python3 -m nbopen.install_xdg later.

The normal installation happens from a wheel, so there's no code from this package being executed at install time.
The file manager integration is mentioned in the README and on the PyPI page. That's all we can reasonably do ;-).
